Does this technique work continuously or are the chances of this working 50/50?

I use this technique all the time. Your success with it will depend on the keywords you choose. If you hit a good set of keywords which pay well per click, you are good. If you choose to use something that is obscure and only pays a few cents per click....you get won't get the results you are looking for. That's why I use Wordtracker to research my keywords before I make my sites.

You can always use those sites as your money sites. The issue is alway pushing website traffic to those sites. That is where Blogger is so good at pushing traffic. The main reason for using hosting and building your own sites is keyword saturation. You can auto build thousands of pages with your own hosting as opposed to the work and time it takes to build individual lenses on Squidoo or create pages on Google Pages. Both are viable locations for money sites, just limited.
