First off I didn't understand what you meant totally when you were talking
about backdating posts. I thought you were referencing backdating posts
which already existed, not posts that were just created, by the thousand.
Big difference. The automation aspect is also quite advanced and the tools
available for keyword generation are very nice. I am still checking it out
and I will have much more later.

SInce I posted this awhile ago, I have come in contact with Greg Jacobs, the creator of WP Mage. I have learned a lot about his system and I was wrong about the his methodology with backdated posts. In fact, I decided to put my money where my mouth is and I am currently reviewing the program. It looks great so far. I will post more in a few days.

Ok I'm a doof. It was in the footer "<?php do_action('wp_footer'); ?>".

But it also disables the "Powered by Yahoo" (regardless if you have the option checked or not) which is a TOS requirement for Yahoo so I'll have to post that one by hand or adjust the function.

You've been amazingly responsive and you're blog has been extremely helpful.

I might have confused the issue with my last post. I only found the option to turn off "Powered by Yahoo Answers" in the options menu. I still haven't found anyway turn off "Powered by WP Robot".

Anyway thanks for the help. I realize you're not WP robot support just figured you might have a quick fix. ;)

If I find it I'll post back.

I didn't even get a chance to look at it yet, but now I remeber that there
is a check box at the bottom of the options page I think. Sorry I couldn't
be more helpful on that one.

I went through every file I could think of before I posted the question and couldn't find it. I know it's there somewhere. I've found the reference to yahoo answers but there is a check box provided for that one anyway.

I have to look at the exact file again, but yes, I just went into the file
and Commented it out. I can't remember if it was in my footer.php or if it
was actually in one of the WP Robot files that I did it. After I check I
will post it back here again.

Great blog. I've enjoyed it very much.

I do have a question though, is there anyway remove the "Powered by WP Robot" at the bottom of the blog page? And do you think is even a problem?

One would think Google could just use it to identify automated blogs easily.

I use Google Analytics, but I also use Statpress Reloaded on my Wordpress sites to let me know how visitors are finding my sites and how. I have been testing out Matt Callen's new Visitor Spy tool and it is pretty good. A little slow, but it adds some good insight into on Page SEO and if it is working. I also use builtwith.com and Compete.com to check some of this stuff as well. I like to compare results and see what the averages are. One thing I have learned in Pagerank is not a requirement for success. My ALexa Rank is more of an indicator to me than Google rank.

LFE is obviously way more powerful. LFE lets you submit to Tumblr, Blogger, and Pligg sites, not just Wordpress and Wordpress MU sites. BlogBot is a Wordpress and Wordpress MU site only tool. Now you do have to take in consideration that BlogBot is only $29.95 and LFE is $297 I think. DirectoryBot, ArticleBot, PressBot, and SocialBot combined with BlogBot gives you a pretty powerful set of tools as well if you only want to budget this over time. All 5 Products together are still under $150 total in comparison. The key factor is in what do you want to accomplish? LFE would always be my primary over these other tools based on the sheer power of it. SENuke is my number #1 pick overall though.

Hi,
Great article, a lot of information. I am new to IM and have some sites up for quite a while, being a .net programmer I built them in .net.
SO I invested a lot of my time in programming and not in SEO, in the past weeks I started doing SEO and read alot in some BH forums.
I have one question:
What tools do you use to track the rankings of your sites and keywords?
Any recommendations are highly appreciated.

Read that and then I will finish answering your question. Also, the Pligg sites will boost your ranking, but they will not maintain it. The Blog backlinks will. Blogger and Tumblr will provide high PR backlinks and they will help maintain your Pagerank. You do not need to promote those blogs. You just want the links you create with them to point back to your sites.

Makes perfect sense. But if I have my main niche site(site A) I want to promote and bring to the top of the serps . How many blogs (with spun content and links pointing to "site A") should I generally create, 1,000-3,000? Also when I create these blogs with spun content to support site A, should I build links for these blogs as well and attempt to build their PR and improve their search engine rankings or should I just leave them alone. Also with these blogs I assume I would need to build their PR at least a little bit so that the links to my main site come from blogs with good PR. So how would i build links to these blogs, by using pliggs?

If I gain PR and high search engine rankings using pliggs, if pligg links do not last does that mean when the pligg links are gone my positions in the search engine results pages will drop?

You obviously do not want to SPAM the Pligg sites, especially if you are not using a Proxy Server. I would hit around 1000 Pligg sites every week or so, spaced out over a couple days. The Pligg links will not hold up as backlinks over time. The WPMU Blogs, Blogger, and Tumblr links will though. You create the blogs and populate them with Spun Content based on the Primary niche of your Target site that you want to Promote. You include Keyword Anchor Text (backlinks) in htese posts that point back to your site, thus providing you with some very decent PR backlinks for your target site. That is why you would want to create the blogs. The same thing goes with SENuke and Article Marketing. It is more about the links than it is about the content, but both matter to a certain degree.

Does this make sense?

Hey mike. I can see how posting comments, newsletters and anchor text links on pligg sites and others using link farm can be extrememly powerful when it comes to building links. My question is how many sites should we do a day to make it look natural and how many sites should we do in total, I mean can one site have 20,000 links? Also LFE creates bloggs. What is the benefit of creating many bloggs if you can just use the pligg feature to post comments and links? Can you explain what the importance is of producing a massive amount of bloggs is and What would we use those bloggs for? would we try to get those bloggs ranked high in the SERPs as well or are those massive amounts of bloggs created solely for the purpose of putting your content and links on.

The Ninja Cloaker reviewed here is the best plugin for Wordpress that I have
found. To do what you want to do takes a little bit of trickery, but is
possible and it doesn't matter if you use Wordpress or not. I do it a lot
with PPC. I have a custom link cloaker which allows me to create a mirror
page of the affiliate site. I place an Opt-in on that page which
automatically uses Stealth Cloaking (keeping the cookie in place) to take
the buyer to the Payment page for the purchase after they Opt-in. The buyer
thinks he is on the real site, but it is a domain you created. You get real
search engine traffic from this and can use it for PPC. There are a few
people selling this in the Warrior Forum (http://www.warriorforum.com)
Warrior Special Offer section.
